Registration name: KORlupo Exhibition name: Harlekin ™ Bred by Reimer Kordes (Germany, before 1986). Climber, Large-Flowered Climber. Cream, red edges. Flowers cream white with reddish edges upper. Strong, wild rose fragrance. Average diameter 3.5". Large, full (26-40 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters, cupped bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season. Tall, bushy, climbing. Glossy, dark green foliage. Height of 8' 2" to 12' (250 to 365 cm). USDA zone 4b and warmer. Can be used for garden or pillar. Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom. Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood.. Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection) . Can be grown in the ground or in a container (container requires winter protection). Remove unproductive wood every third year or so.
